Do you supply everything required?

As a general rule , yes, we supply all equipment and materials required to carry out the task.

Are you insured?

Yes. You can rest assured we are fully covered for any eventuality.

Do you have a high staff turnover?

No. We are very much above the National average for cleaning companies when it comes to staff retention. In fact our turnover rate is very low.

Do you pay your team members the minimum wage?

No. All our team members are paid above the minimum wage. The actual rate varies according to the area in which they are employed, the time of day or night the type of work and the job they are doing.

Can we have a trial period to find out what your service is actually like?

Unlike our competitors we do not require our clients to sign a long term service contract. We stand behind our services and quality of work and we are sure you’ll see the benefits. We call it our “Easy Service Contract”. At anytime you are not 100% happy with us you can cancel our service with only a two week notice.

Will we always have the team member?

A team member is consistent whenever possible and if a change is to occur, the client will be notified.

How do we pay you?

Clients are invoiced each month.

Construction Clean-Ups
Clients will be billed at the conclusion of each visit.

Do you use subcontractors to perform the work?

No. All our employees are screened and do go through a background check. We take tremendous pride in our team members as if they were family.
